Appointments

If you feel you may have contracted COVID-19, or are just feeling unwell and you want to check your symptoms, please use the official BC Self Assessment tool before contacting your health professional. https://covid19.thrive.health/

The Sayward Primary Healcare Clinic uses an appointment system to be fair to all patients and to avoid excessive waiting times, we do not have a drop-in clinic because of our limited staff and resources.

To make an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner please call (250) 282-3815 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday.

Clinic Visits and Appointments During The COVID-19 Pandemic:
We have re-arranged the clinic to promote social distancing. Please be mindful when coming into the clinic to keep 2 meters away from other members of the public. If you are sick with any respiratory symptoms, please call the clinic and arrange an appointment time. Do not just come in. We will book you in when it is not busy, to avoid potential contact with other people.

Lab Days:
Lab days are every Monday morning from 09:30 to 11:30. We ask that you only come in for labs if it is urgent, INR testing, all cancer patients receiving treatment, therapeutic mediation levels (eg epilepsy medication or digoxin), or your provider has asked you to come in at this time. The laboratories in the hospital are currently very busy, so we would like to help reduce this by not doing your routine screening until further notice. If you have any questions, please contact the clinic.
